Are you interested in volunteering for any upcoming church or school activities? Are you over 18 years old? Thank you for your interest! Please remember that our volunteers need to take the free, two-hour class, “Protecting God’s Children”, before working with children in the Archdiocese. We have a class tonight at 7 p.m. Our next session takes place Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. Registration is required. Call Melissa Reynolds at the parish offices or email for more information and to register.

In a volatile region of the Philippines, a concert to celebrate peace is born. Follow the story of 13 teenagers who accept a challenge to learn their own cultural instruments to perform on the biggest stage of their lives. “Rise and Dream” takes us into the homes and hearts of this most unlikely student band. The film won Best Documentary at the John Paul II International Film Festival. Our free screening starts at 7 p.m. Friday, July 19, in Meredith Hall, below Saint Joseph Church. Refreshments included. Call (970) 223-2524 or email for more details.  RSVP appreciated.

“You did not choose me but  I chose you” — John 15:16

Have you felt the call of Christ to be more involved in Church? Have you thought about becoming an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion? We could use your help at all Masses, but especially at the 5 p.m. Sunday Mass.

We are all worthy to minister in the Lord’s name – yes even you! If you are fully initiated, having celebrated the sacraments of Baptism, First Eucharist, and Confirmation, we can train you in this ministry.

Please prayerfully consider answering the call to share the Body & Blood of Christ with others. For more information contact Mary Ann Burridge.
