Cecilia joined the parish staff in October 2015. Growing up, she attended Catholic schools from 1st through 12th grades, and even wore the same uniform as St. Joe’s students! Originally from Maryland, she moved from Louisiana to Fort Collins in 2010 to work for Colorado State University. She has been an active parishioner at St. Joe’s ever since, volunteering with the high school and middle school youth ministries and serving as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. Her prior work history includes outdoor education, wildlife biology, and communications. She earned her B.S. at Tulane University and her M.S. at Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!). Cecilia lives in Fort Collins with her husband Jeremy, daughters Hazel and Claire, two dogs, one cat, and some chickens. She enjoys reading, gardening, running, and the many outdoor recreational activities in beautiful Colorado.
