Include your loved one in St. Joseph parish novena, shrine for the deceased

All Saints Day – William-Adolphe Bouguereau, 1859

A novena of Masses begins Sunday, November 1 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Novena Mass cards are available at the church entrances. The names of the deceased will be placed on the altar for the month of November.

A Shrine for the Dead will be created which contains pictures of deceased members of our parish family and those of your deceased loved ones. You are invited to bring a picture of your loved one to be included in this shrine. You may submit pictures via email or drop them off at the parish center clearly marked with your name and contact information.

We will scan your picture or pictures, print them, place them at the shrine and return the original to you. If you bring a copy we can keep, please indicate that when you drop it off.

The Book of the Dead will also be located at the shrine. We will enter the names our parishioners who have died this past year. You are invited to enter names of your deceased loved ones in the Book of the Dead as well.
