Charities opens disaster relief centers

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver set up three disaster relief centers for flood victims in northern Colorado. The Front Range flood damaged 17,000 structures including 27 church properties. St. Thomas Aquinas Center in Boulder sustained some of the worst flooding, and nearly 100 families in Estes Park are reported to be without electricity and other necessities. 
Charities are accepting donations and volunteers to aid relief efforts and have opened the following relief centers:
St. Mary Church
2222 23rd Avenue, Greeley
St. John the Evangelist
1730 W. 12th Street, Loveland
Our Lady of the Valley
1250 7th St., Windsor
Sundays noon to 5 p.m.; Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
