We are looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring proper maintenance, function, safety, improvements, and aesthetics of the campus, including parish and school buildings. This individual will also supervise the parish maintenance team and volunteers. Qualified applicants need to have a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems, and be able to analyze and repair these systems or seek out the help of qualified professionals to do so. We are looking for an individual to work part-time, approximately 25 hours per week at the front desk of the parish center. The work tasks include greeting visitors and answering the telephone, plus clerical work. This individual must be a team player, demonstrate Christian principles and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
