TIRED OF ALL THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS?

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE WAY TO GROW IN YOUR FAITH THIS ADVENT?

Opening the Word

“PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD”

OPENING THE WORD ADVENT BIBLE STUDY

The Opening the Word Advent Bible Study is a dynamic and exciting journey into the Sunday readings during the Advent season that will help you not only deeper understand the Sunday readings, but help you apply them to you daily life as we prepare the way of the Lord. Each session includes a dynamic video presentation and study, reflection, and discussion on the Sunday readings. Your personal prayer journal will help you apply the Sunday readings to every day of the week which will help you truly live out the Advent season and prepare for Christ’s coming at Christmas.  There will be many studies available throughout the week for you to choose according to your schedule.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEAD ONE OF OUR ADVENT STUDIES AT THE PARISH OR AT YOUR HOME?

Don’t worry, no experience is necessary as all materials are provided.  We simply need people who are welcoming and great at leading small groups.  The Opening the Word Advent Bible Study will be held for 4 weeks during Advent starting December 2.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

Are you searching for a deeper fulfillment in your life?

Do you feel God tugging at your heart?

Do you have unanswered questions about God or the Catholic Church?

Whether you’ve been coming to Mass, but aren’t yet Catholic or have been away from the Church and feel God’s voice calling you back, the answers are there.  St. Augustine said that “the glory of God is Man fully alive.”  We are meant for something more, something greater, and “our hearts are restless until they rest in thee, O God.”

RCIA is the journey by which the Church introduces to you the person and faith of Jesus Christ, so that you might find Him in relationship with the community of believers in the Catholic Church.

We invite you to learn what Catholics believe in an open and welcoming environment.  We will meet weekly on Thursday nights starting August 16, at 7pm in Meredith Hall below the Church.  These sessions are opportunities for you to ask the perplexing and difficult questions you may have.  Coming home has never been easier!
