40 Cans for Lent benefits Food Bank of Larimer County

40 cans for Lent - Saint Joseph Catholic Church - Fort Collins - Colorado - 8052140 cans for Lent - Saint Joseph Catholic Church - Fort Collins - Colorado - 80521Imagine how much food we could provide for the hungry in Fort Collins if everyone donated a can of food for each of the 40 days of Lent. Bring your non-perishable food items to Mass each Sunday during Lent and deposit them in the area provided to the left of the pulpit. Members of the Knights of Columbus Council 1214 will collect donations each week and store them in the Knights’ hall for delivery after Easter Sunday. This canned-nonperishable food drive is for the benefit of the Food Bank for Larimer County.

Curious about life in our parish? All are welcome tonight at 6 p.m. to a free soup supper in Meredith Hall followed at 7 p.m. by Stations of the Cross, a devotion retracing the final journey of Jesus Christ to Calvary. Join us!
